We would like to update you on our business protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will continue to provide the best possible service to our customers through the spring season – most of our work is conducted outside your home or business which allows us to adhere to the social distancing rules that have been put in place. Please be reassured that we are following the health and safety guidelines as prescribed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as the public health department.
If your specific needs require interaction with our staff inside the home or business, we will review on a case by case basis. We will honor any request regarding access (restricting the number of personnel, wearing protective gear, etc.); likewise, we require advance notification if someone at your location is sick, as a courtesy to our staff.
If you are opening your pool with us, please have your equipment available poolside three days prior to your opening to ensure there is no active virus on the equipment. The mutual health and safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority.
